Who We Hire

When you interview with 3 Vectors you do not interview for a specific position or project. We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic engineers who want interesting and fulfilling work that is different from what you may typically encounter. If we believe we are a good match then we work with our prospective hire to find them a project that best fits their needs and career goals. With many positions and projects available, we also consistently check with existing employees to find them new projects when they are ready for a new challenge.
